Once you place your order, it will be sent to our incredible team for processing, packing and shipping! Extraordinary care will be taken to ensure your order arrives to you in the same perfect condition it was when it left our shop. 

Shipping Charges

The Plaid Stallion offers $5 flat rate shipping on all of our orders! This minimal charge can be eliminated when you purhcase $75 or more!

Returns and Exchanges

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, simply take a picture of the damaged candle and email it to us at orders@theplaidstallion.com with your order number as the subject. A picture is required in order for us to file a claim with the shipping service. We will immediately get another candle sent out to you, or refund your purhcase, your choice. 

We also do know that choosing a candle online can be difficult as you are unable to get real smell in prior to purchase. If for any reason you are just generally unhappy with your candle, mail the candle back to us and we will refund your purchase or exchange for a different scent of the same style candle within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale or final priced items.
