WHAT TYPE OF WAX DO YOU USE?

In all of our products, candles and melts, we use a blend of paraffin wax that we have tested and perfected over the course of many years. Our wax is able to hold an above average amount of fragrance, giving our customers an excellent both cold and hot scent throw. We do not use any soy wax in any of our products.

WHAT TYPE OF FRAGRANCE DO YOU USE?

Each one of our original scents that we have available are a custom blend of multiple fragrances that we have experimented and tested to develop our custom scents. The blends are made with fragrance oil, and do not contain any essential oils. We also offer other scents that are made with fragrance oil and some do contain essential oils.

WHAT ARE YOUR TURN AROUND TIMES?

Turn around times vary throughout the year and depending on special events, sales, holidays etc, may be anywhere from next day up to two weeks. While we always want to get orders out as quickly as possible, possible is not always the case. We understand our customers are excited and can't wait to receive their products so we do everything we can to get orders out quickly.

HOW ARE YOUR CANDLES PRODUCED?

All of our products are manufactured in the USA by hand. Each product is hand poured in batches. Being that our products are not produced by machine, there is always slight differences in color, appearance etc and no two products are exactly the same. Part of the charm that we enjoy of our company is the handmade feel to our products.
